What we do with your information
Short version: we use it to call you back about your air conditioner, and nothing else.
What we collect
If you fill in the booking form we receive the name, phone number, town, job type and notes you typed. That is everything the form asks for and everything it sends. We do not ask for an address until we are booking a visit, and we take no payment through this website.
What we do with it
We call or text you back about the job, and we keep a record of the equipment at your address — this shop has files going back to the sixties, and that history is genuinely useful the next time something fails. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to lead brokers or marketing companies.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. A basic, privacy-respecting visitor count tells us how many people found the site; it does not identify you.
Getting your information removed
Call the shop on (760) 555-0198 and ask. We will delete your record and tell you when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
