A good many of the conversations that start here concern a house nobody knows is for sale — a divorce, an estate, a move that has not been announced at work yet. We treat that as the default rather than the exception.

Practically: enquiries are not entered into any shared CRM, are never sold or passed to a lender or an insurer, and are held between the two principals. If you would prefer we not leave a voicemail, say so in the details field and we will only write. If a matter needs a confidentiality agreement before it goes further, we will sign one before the first showing, not after.
